Laresa Griffin is excited to be back home at United Way of Henderson County. As a Henderson County native, she has enjoyed a nonprofit fundraising career that began with United Way almost twenty years ago. Laresa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Montreat College and a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University. She lives in Horse Shoe with her husband, Robert; two dogs, Petey Pup and Raggedy Andy; and two cats, Lucy and Ethel. Laresa and Robert have one adult daughter, Haley, who lives in Atlanta. During her downtime, Laresa enjoys cooking, traveling, playing with her pets, spending time with friends and family, and all things UNC Tar Heels!
